Electronically submitted applications and paperwork received after 5 p.m. CST, during the weekend, or during a holiday will be made effective the next business day. All NRHA applications and paperwork received by mail will be made effective on the date received in the NRHA office. For applications and paperwork submitted with credit card payment: If a membership is required but the member is inactive, the membership will be renewed at the most recent level so that the submitted transaction can be completed.

For applications and paperwork submitted with check payment: If the check is short of funds and the member has used a credit card for a previous transaction, that credit card will be charged for the insufficient amount. This will allow us to process the item immediately for the member.
