The National Reining Horse Association is proud to announce that Arnaud Girinon of Putte, France, has officially become the association’s newest Million Dollar Rider. Girinon reached this prestigious milestone following his performance at the IRHA 3 Year Old Futurity where he piloted Con Calma (AB Peppy Diamond x Whiz Me a Diamond), owned and bred by Jennifer Kronsteiner-Nixdorf, to an impressive 224 – earning the L4 Open Futurity Reserve Championship and joining an elite group of professionals whose NRHA earnings have surpassed one million dollars.
Much of Girinon’s success has come aboard Flexing Guns N Town (Hollywoodstinseltown x Shesa Fashion Gun), a stallion owned by Anna Maria Scheifinger, bred by Peter A. Morgan, and nominated by Margarito Ramirez (North America) and Anna Maria Scheifinger (Europe). The pair has built an impressive record together, including major titles and high-earning finishes across Europe and North America.
Girinon’s career highlights include:
- 2025 The Run For A Million – Million Dollar Competition: Champion with Flexing Guns N Town ($500,000).
- 2024 NRHA European Derby: L4 Open Champion aboard Flexing Guns N Town ($16,224).
- 2024 100X European Classic Derby: L4 Open Reserve Champion with Flexing Guns N Town ($35,000) and 4th place aboard PL Yankee Littlewhiz (Yankee Gun x Little Dolly Whiz), owned by Zen Simone, bred and nominated by Luigi Parise ($22,500).
- 2023 IRHA 4-Year-Old Futurity: L4 Open Reserve Champion with Flexing Guns N Town ($11,487).
- 2023 IRHA 3-Year-Old Futurity: 3rd place with World Map (Spooks Gotta Whiz x Jokin Peppy), owned, bred, and nominated by Cecilia Frediani, earning $21,981.
From his early years in Europe to his recent international victories, Girinon has built a reputation as a dedicated horseman and fierce competitor.
