From success in the show pen to an even greater impact through her offspring, Electric Cha Ching has officially joined one of the National Reining Horse Association’s most exclusive groups.
The 2011 mare (Jacs Electric Spark x Kipper Lady Nic), owned by IXTUL Quarter Horses, LLC, has become an NRHA Million Dollar Dam, with her offspring surpassing $1 million in NRHA Lifetime Earnings.
Bred and nominated by Haworth Family Partnerships Ltd., Electric Cha Ching first made her own mark as a competitor. With Fernando Salgado in the saddle, she captured both the Level 2 and Level 3 Open championships at the 2016 NRHA Derby®. She ultimately accumulated $112,494 in NRHA Lifetime Earnings before beginning the next chapter of her career in the breeding barn.
That chapter has proven to be an exceptional one.
Electric Cha Ching’s leading earner is Golden Coins (Spooks Gotta Gun), owned by Coin Toss LLC, whose $854,636 in NRHA Lifetime Earnings includes a place in the NRHA record books.
At the 2026 The Run For A Million in Las Vegas, Nevada, Golden Coins and NRHA Professional Kole Price marked a 237.5 to win the event’s $500,000 championship and establish a new NRHA record for the highest marked go. The score broke a record that had stood for 19 years and further cemented Electric Cha Ching’s influence on the sport at its highest level.
But the Million Dollar Dam milestone is built on depth, and Electric Cha Ching’s record extends well beyond one standout performer.

The variety represented among Electric Cha Ching’s leading performers is notable. Her top five earners alone are sired by four different stallions, underscoring her ability to consistently produce successful reining horses across multiple crosses.
Her latest milestone also comes during a remarkable period for the sport. As NRHA celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2026, the caliber of equine athletes competing around the world continues to push reining to new heights. Electric Cha Ching’s own career, followed by the success of a growing roster of offspring highlighted by the sport’s new high-score record holder, is representative of the generations of breeding decisions that have helped elevate reining over the past six decades.
